This page is maintained by NexGen Tech Solutions to answer common privacy questions about Emmato. It describes our current practices and is not an independent certification or audit.

Information you provide: name, business email, phone number, company name, workforce size and any details submitted through our contact, demo or lead capture forms.

Customer workforce data: when your organisation uses Emmato, we process employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, expense, performance and document data on your behalf as a processor.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and campaign parameters, collected to operate and improve the service.

To provide, maintain and improve the Emmato platform and its modules.

To respond to enquiries, schedule demos and provide customer support.

To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant product communications you can opt out of at any time.

To detect, prevent and investigate security incidents, fraud and misuse.

To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent (for marketing communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

We retain customer workforce data for as long as your organisation maintains an active subscription, and afterwards only as needed to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Marketing enquiry data is retained until you ask us to delete it.

Emmato applies role-based access control, encryption of data in transit, access logging and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously review our controls.

We operate across 16 countries and 5 regions. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and restrict access to authorised personnel.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request portability. Employees of a customer organisation should contact their employer, who controls that data; we will assist our customers in responding.
